The following is a brief account of giving and sponsorship in February:
We received £125 from individual supporters in the UK.
A sponsor gave £1,000 to help meet University fees for Bosco, our TB lab tech.
Inverness Medical UK gave £511 in the form of discount for essential supplies to help support sugery in Hope Ward.

Hwan Sung Medical Charity Services has once again pledged its support for open heart surgeries at IHK. It will give $30,000 to cover the costs of 6 operations in February.

Progress report from Ian:
We carried out the second case yesterday (Tuesday) and it all went well. The patient had an ASD (hole in the atrium) and a slight valve defect, both of which were repaired. He is 24 years old. He is still in the Intensive care unit, but his condition is stable. The first [...]
