I have just been sent a copy of the recent press release by the MoH which clearly states that 7.3% of adults in Uganda are living with HIV.

Peter, health centres should be the first place from which anybody can access HIV counselling, testing and treatment. These centres are at the heart of the national prevention strategy and are an essential part of the referral pathway for those attending the community outreaches. K.
