Margaret comes to hospital in her best outfit – the traditional Ugandan “Gomez”.

She a humble and gracious woman and has no support – tragically, 7 out of 8 of her children have died. She couldn’t afford treatment for a womb mass and leg swelling. Hope Cancer clinic wishes to ensure this quiet, humble patient, is treated with dignity and respect. We have re‐investigated her problem and are considering a combination of gynaecological, radiotherapy and systemic treatments.
