This was a 5 month old baby boy who came with an abnormality that he was born with (congenital abnormality).
As shown in the picture, he had a cleft lip and palate.
Hope Ward performed an operation and the defect was repaired.
This therefore brought lots of hope and joy to the family as they were earlier worried about the fate of their son.
They went home happy and grateful for they were no longer a social misfit.

I am known to Dr Galukande (and probably Tino). I am involved in raising support for Hope Ward in Northern Japan.
Last month a group of cyclists here, rode 7500 km to raise money for Africa. They expect to raise about 600USD for Hope Ward.
