In February the Lira Clinic treated
188 patients
for whom the costs were met by funding from Suubi Trust.
The clinic treated 117 females and 71 males.
38 patients were aged 5 or under and 42 ranged in age from 6 to 18.
51 patients were treated for Malaria and associated conditions; 38 for Typhoid and related Bacterial Infections. Beyond these the most common ailment includes more than 20 with some form of RTI.
